LADSOM (Latin American District School of Ministry) is a flexible, online ministerial training program designed to equip leaders for effective, Spirit-empowered ministry. Through biblically grounded courses, students grow in theology, leadership, and practical ministry skills while remaining active in their local church and calling. LADSOM provides an accessible pathway for those pursuing ministerial development, credentialing preparation, or deeper formation for lifelong ministry.

Who leads LADSOM
Pastor Jerry Flores, our District Secretary leads our LADSOM program. Ordained in 2002, graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University (Bachelor of Arts in Pentecostal Ministry) and received a Master of Arts (Theological Studies) in 2012. Jerry has served as a senior pastor for 22 years, pastored for 6 years at Iglesia Cristo El Rey (Rochester, MN) and is currently the senior pastor of Harvest AG (Saginaw, MI) for 16 years, served the Midwest Latin American District as Men’s Director for 8 years, Assistant Superintendent for 4 years, MI Sectional Presbyter for 8 years, currently the Director for Christian Higher Education for 14 years and an Executive Presbyter for 18 years. He has also served as North Central Board of regents for 10 years and is currently a General Presbyter of the Assemblies of God. In 2012 he started Latin American District School of Ministry (LADSOM) in our district which has now served over 800 students. Jerry has been married to Cynthia for 35 years and has 4 children and 3 grandchildren.
