Rev. Efraim Espinoza     

Assistant Superintendent

Rev. Efraim Espinoza retired in March 2016 after serving more than 30 years at the Assemblies of God National Leadership Resource Center, Springfield, MO.  His most recent assignment has been serving as the Director of the Office of Hispanic Relations in 2006, and as coordinator of Evangelio Pentecostal (Spanish Pentecostal Evangel) since 1995.  Previously, he had filled various leadership roles including District liaison at National Sunday School Dept., Director of We Build People Office and National Coordinator of the U.S. Decade of Harvest Office.

His pastoral experience including serving as Senior Pastor at Templo Emanuel A/G in Crystal City, TX for 14 years and nearly 7 years at El Faro A/G in Springfield, MO.  He graduated with honors from Latin American Bible Institute-Texas in 1971 and Evangel University, Springfield, MO in 2003.


 He has co-authored three books and has written over two hundred articles published in National A/G publications.  He participated in organizing FHEDDAD (Fraternidad Hispana de Escuela Dominical y Discipulado Asambleas de Dios) in 1998 and has served as secretary for this international group since its beginning.

Efraim and his wife, Elois have been married since 1969 and have three children and eight grandchildren.
